Applying Laser Technology to Decommissioning for Nuclear Power Plant

Laser technology has much possibility to accomplish nuclear facility decommissioning effective and the laser application to cutting technique and decontamination technique is considered in Japan. Nuclear Power Engineering Corporation (NUPEC) had developed CO laser for cutting technique, and had developed YAG laser for decontamination.
