USDA-APHIS-HPAI Response Plan - The Red Book

The Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) Response Plan: The Red Book (2011) incorporates comments received on the HPAI Response Plan: The Red Book (2010), to update the Summary of the National HPAI Response Plan (2007). The objectives of this planare to identify (1) the capabilities needed to respond to an HPAI outbreak and (2) the critical activities that are involved in responding to that outbreak, and time-frames for these activities. These critical activities are the responsibility of Incident Command in an outbreak situation.
