摘要

Reduction of energy consumption for hot blast heating has an important impact on the hot metal production cost. High efficiency operation of a hot stove allows a reduction in energy costs, an increase in refractory life ad higher blast temperatures. A combustion control algorithm based on the optimal control has been developed to increase heat efficiency of the stoves, and showed efficient action for dome and waste gas temperature control.
