Super-Long Life Fatigue Property of High Strength Steel SNCM439 ( An Interim Report of the Joint Research Project )

摘要

This is an interim report of the joint research project of the Super-Long Life Fatigue Strength of the high Strength Steel with Research Group onf Microstructual Change during Fatigue Process, Fatigue Research Committee of JSMS. Fatigue tests of the high strength steel SNCM439 were carried out with the cantilever type and the Ono type rotating bending loading, and the axial loading by each joint research group, and the S-N properties obtained were summarized. And also, the crack initiation property was discussed from the observation of the fracture surface.
