The long fibre reinforced thermoplastic (LFRTP) for the injection moulding has better some mechanical properties than the short fibre reinforced thermoplastic (SFRTP). However, the fibre length in LFRTP mouldings is shorter than in the LFRTP pellet, therefore the reinforcement of the long fibre is not enough. In this study, we tried to make the fibre length in the LFRTP injection moulding longer than in the conventional one, by restraining to plasticize the material during the mixing process. And we investigated the fibre length distribution and the tensile strength in order to discuss the influence of less plasticization during the moulding.
