Technology Development Direction of Construction Enterprises in the 21st Century

With the coming of the 21~(st) century and the approaching of China joining WTO, the construction enterprises in China are being confronted with all sorts of severe challenges and opportunities. Science, technology and information have been creating more and more wealth for enterprises and have been become strong momentum to increase benefit of them. In the view of the situation, the paper expounds the governing principles of the technology development of construction enterprise, through comparing the successful large construction enterprise in the world with the construction enterprise in China to clarify the relationship between technology progress and enterprise development, elaborates how to perfect the motivating and restricting mechanism of human assets of technology and activate the human value to achieve to a maximum, and finally expounds the direction and the relevant measures of technology development in the 21st century for the construction enterprises in China.
