摘要

The Shanghai Peace Garden, funded by investments from Hong Kong and built by China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau is a large building which houses overseas businessmen,. It was very complicated that among the foreign and China teams to organize & coordinate, manage contract and to transmit information. Studying this model widely adopted in Shanghai and Beijing will be very useful in the future, especially after China joins the WTO. This will allow Chinese businesses to more easily adapt to the international market, and facilitate the transition of foreign investors, advisory bodies and contractors into the Chinese marketplace. According to the specific practice of the Peace Garden, combining the mature and immature experience of the similar project in Shanghai, this essay elaborates the success and failure on the project management And connecting the international practice with Chinese circumstances, it raises some potential models: the model of foreign main body, of China main body, of combo and of cooperative model that changing main body according to the different period of the project forming.
