It is difficult to apply the traditional fuzzy reliability theory to practical engineering because some fuzzy work states are introduced, method of dealing factors is detailed continuously, analysis model is complicated more and more and calculation program is too scholastic. A reliability analysis method of structures and systems with work mode "safety-intermediate-failure" is brought in the paper. It is considered that a system and its structures all should have three work states of safety, intermediate and failure states, and results of analysis should be safety probability (reliability) P_R, intermediate probability P_M and failure probability P_F, which compose so-called reliability vector [P_R,P_M,P_F] of the system. This method is very concise, therefore the failure-dependence problem between structures is considered in the analysis.
