摘要

All of ternary charge-transfer salts with Cl-H_2O anion layer are metallic in the room-temperature and turned to semiconductor in low-temperature due to periels phase transition. Donor is also an important factor to material properties, four sulfur instead with oxygen means BEDO-TTF in hexagonal ring and four selenium atoms instead with sulfur in pentagonal ring are better than BEDT-TTF depending on their higher room-temperature conductivity and lower turning temperature. There are lot of intermolecular interaction existed in crystal: SΛS, SΛO, CH_2ΛCl, H_2OΛCl intra- and interlayer. Extend anion layer which found by hydrogen bond: H_2OΛCl and H_2OΛ H_2O plays an important role to their metallic properties.
