A simple and accurate checking method of the DVM performance

摘要

A simple and accurate method to check the performance of an 8.5-digit digital voltmeter with high accuracy (～1 pm) is proposed. It is demonstrated that this method is useful to check if such digital voltmeter is working within the specification in the catalogue or manual.
