The effect of atmospheric plasma conditions on the surface morphology of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films was investigated.Two sets of untreated PET films were exposed to a cold plasma for 0 to 5.0 minutes in thirty second increments.The first set was treated in helium plasma,while the other was treated in oxygenated helium plasma.
