Previously we reported on the preparation and X-ray single crystal structure of C_(60)F_(18) [1,2]. C_(60)F_(18) molecule has a jellyfish-like shape with 18 bonded F atoms forming a belt on one hemisphere of the [60]fullerene cage (Fig. 1) due to high electron affinity and polarity C_(60)F_(18) has propensity for the formation of the stable charge transfer complexes (CTC) with different organic molecules.
