摘要

The bioelectrochemical method we have developed is based on the use of platinized carbon-fiber microelectrodes to detect ex vivo and in realtime the release of femtomolar quantities of superoxide anion and nitric oxide derivatives (H2O2, ONOO~-, NO_2~-, ...) by a single human cell under activation. The introduction into the cell membrane of a patch-clamp micropipette induce an oxidative stress response (oxidative burst) which is known to be involved in the development of many human pathologies such as cancers and AIDS propagation in seropositive HIV~+ patients.
