摘要

Direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) is a promising power source for portable electronic applications. However, issues of crossover of methanol and low activity of Pt-based electrocatalysts prevent DMFC from large-scale commercial utilization. To develop highly active and most CO-tolerant electrocatalysts for methanol oxidation, it is essential to have an analytical tool that allows us to investigate and understand detailed anodic process of methanol oxidation.
