摘要

House dust mite (HDM) allergens is one of the major causes of allergic diseases in living environment. As inhalation and skin contact of these allergens cause allergic responses, it is important to realize the concentration in real-time to avoid exposure. On-site monitoring system is potentially one of the effective solutions. In this study, the focus is to develop a surface acoustic wave (SAW) immunosensor for incorporation into the on-site monitoring system for sensitive and selective measurements with a reproducible manner.
