In this paper, a newly-developed MIXPC turbo-charging system is introduced, in which scavenging interference can be avoided and pumping loss in cylinder and brake specific fuel consumption is decreased. Besides, the construction of exhaust manifold is simplified with small dimension, low weight and single turbine inlet. It can be used in four stroke diesel engines with L5~L10 and V10~V20 cylinders. The performance of MIXPC system, compared with MPC、 pulse、 pulse converter system and constant pressure system, is quite encouraged. In this paper, a newly-developed Automatic Variable Inlet Exhaust Injection Timing System is also introduced. In this system, the inlet valve closing timing is before Bottom Dead Center, realizing low temperature cycle, and the built-in automatic timer is put in camshaft transfer gear for automatic variable Timing、 improving combustion、 decreasing Nox、 specific fuel consumption and gas temperature at partial load. A favorite performance is confirmed by simulation and experiment. It is more suitable for high-speed supercharged diesel engines in truck、 high speed boat and navy use.
