摘要

Starting of CeFe_4Sb_(12) and trying to botain low gap semiconductors with very low thermal conductivity, we have performed in this compound the substitution of Ni for Fe. This substitution induces a reject of cerium from the structure. In this paper we present synthesis and physical properties of Ce_6F3_(4-x)Ni_xSb_(12) in which a relationship is existing between x and y to retain the electronic account giving semiconducting character.
