In the high technology of safety monitoring to engineering construction, inspecting the quality lf large-scale concrete structure is always a hard work. Currently, sensors aadopted in dam safety monitoring are basically the same as in 50-60's. These sensors have the following four disadvantages: (1) They are of low adaptability to real condition, not suitable for long term measuring. (2) They can not measure field distribution. (3) There is not sensor network in measuring. (4) withoug a reliable measure method for the stress monitoring inside a dam, so people can not figure out the stress by stain, since the modeulus values of material such as concrete are often scattered.
