Dynamic indexing method on road service information database

摘要

Recently, the growth of ITS causes the increase in data to be processed. Previously, we have proposed the layered data structure. If we use the structure, we can quickly access data by reducing useless search process on various types of road networks. We have linked it to additional information database in each layer. In the layered data structure, we can search efficiently the least data only on the route. In this paper, we propose a dynamic indexing method in order to get more useful information. In this method, we can search both data on the route and related data around the vehicle efficiently.
