SLAG-APPROVED MATERIALS FOR A BETTER FUTURE

摘要

Slag, which is generated in iron and steelmaking processes, is being used since more than 100 years mainly as binding agent, as aggregate for road construction, and as fertilizer. Contrary to products made from natural stone slag products save resources and minimize emissions. They are "regrowing" materials, since the annual production world wide amounts to 400 mio. T. To improve our future environment we have to use all slags on the highest quality level. We have to prevent all obstacles which hinder the use of slag products.
