摘要

The limitations of present coal mine management & information system, and analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the GIS lead to development of a new system. The proposed system integrates structuralized triangulated irregular network (TIN) and GIS as well as a network model. Through establishing topologic structure relative to point, line and area, we have set up an algorithm that allows to dynamically modify a coal mine TIN which involves reverse faults. The related software on unified systems of TIN and CIS has been developed using Visual C~(++) language in Windows environment.
