Implementing new plating process by designing equipment to quality and flexibility

摘要

An integrated approach to equipment and plant design will be presented. It comprises the definition of the applied processes and the requirements for equipment and rinsing technology. Moreover the infrastructure of the production line and the plant have to he taken into account as well as the connection of the line to the logistic systems of the plant. An example of the planning process for a new job shop with special highquality hard chromium plating will he explained in detail including also organizationa aspects of the whole process.
