摘要

The hybrid system on hydraulic excavator is proposed for energy saving in construction machinery. The hybrid power train system is consists of the engine, the generator, the capacitor, the battery, the converter and the controller, which is controlled using DC voltage control, power distribution control, engine control, capacitor voltage control and battery voltage control, Bench test equipment of the power train system is set up, and the evaluation of the energy saving performance is carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed power train system can both control the power train system stably and reduce fuel consumption to over 40%.
