摘要

In this research and development project, we clarified the parameter of surface roughness which has high correlation between the friction coefficient, and the factor of high friction coefficient by measuring mechanical characteristics of boundary lubrication film. We also verified that improvement of the friction coefficient between element and pulley of the belt CVT by 20% from current and showed probability of 2% improvement on fuel cost of a car, by combining control of pulley surface properties and high friction oil.
