摘要

In case of tribological wear parts, for example wet multiple plate clutches, method of field life calculation has not been established. Reason is that the wear relates to many parameters, for example operating condition, lubricate condition. We focus on clutch plate surface temperature T that represents many parameters. We made T-N curve for friction material that is similar to S-N curve for metal material. We measured clutch plate surface temperature T on transmission durability test bench, and made T prediction curve. By using field load frequency data of transmission and T prediction curve, we got field frequency of T. We calculated field life for multiple plate clutches by T-N curve, field frequency of T, and Miner's law.
