Improvement of mpg in vehicles is strongly recommended these days, particularly because of global warming. In this research, the element was resolved by using the idea of a moment mpg, and the theory that composed practical mpg of the vehicle with the engines in the general situation. The calculation example was shown about various vehicles and it searched for the ideal type. (20 mpg=8.5 Km/l)
