Study of impact analysis for plastic - Parts with rib structure - Part IV the relations of deform phenomena and response force between unit cell and several lattice structure

摘要

The purpose of this study is to consider compatibility of the previous study (Part I～III) from square unit ('oil to several lattice structure. The proposed FE model and re-measured material property were applied to the four and nine lattice structure. On the analysis result of relations between force and displacement, influence of number of rib and impact position of punch were investigated. And comparison of analysis result with experiment was carried out and analysis accuracy was considered.
