摘要

Wear phenomenon of valve and valve scat in CNG or LPG fueled engines has been analyzed. Low lubrication property from poor oxidation causes adhesive wear. We have developed hard faced valve and sintered valve seat that has superior property of forming oxide film to improve self-lubrication. Besides, density of the sintered valve seat has been improved by increase in internal diffusion. The developed valve and valve seat provide considerable decrease in wear and adequate durability for gas fueled engines.
