Development of Sealing Valve for Fuel Vapor-containment System

Using an electromagnetic valve and newly developed relief valve, Aisan successfully developed the world's first sealing valve for a new tank system introduced in the low purge vehicles. Working with Toyota, Aisan defined the required value for relief valve in new system, determined the valve specifications and developed the coating for the diaphragm. This allows contradictory performances in high-sealability and bonding resistance.
