A simple diagnosis system for troubled solar modules using current data under flash light

摘要

The simple diagnosis system for troubled solar modules on site using flash light with dispersion panel was applied to a power module. The values of current for each cell covered with various ND filter are measured and calibrated with irradiation distribution to obtain the short circuit current of each cell to judge its degradation. The method to trim the wave form of flash light and the best timing to get current data are discussed to obtain good results.
