Analysis of output characteristics of AC module - (Part 2) temperature characteristics of solar cell

摘要

This paper presents results of measurements and analysis for the output characteristics of grid-connected AC module (109W PV module of Showa Shell with 100W inverter of NKF Electronics). This time we evaluated the temperature characteristic of solar cell and clarified the relationship between solar cell output and its temperature. The error of approximation formula was less than 5%.
