基于Matlab的太阳能电池数学模型及输出特性分析

     

摘要

This paper mainly discusses the mathematical model and the Voc、Isc、Vm、Im of the solar cell, discusses the relationship between parameters and the calculation and simulation results. It use the 3909 in 25℃ and the 4209 in of Suntech as the reference data, then it given the calculate value and simulate curve of the four parameters in 25℃, 800W/m2, 200W/m2. and the calculate value and simulate curve of Voc、Isc、Vm、Im in 40℃and60℃ that based on the mathematical model and Matlab. It anaysis the variation of the I-V characteristic when the temperature and light intensity changes , the results shoes that the calculate value and simulation results are basicall consistent compared with the the actual test datas. also help us to study solar cell easyly in any environment.%该文主要讨论了太阳能电池的数学模型、温度及光照变化时4个典型参数Voc、Isc、Vm、Im的计算方法及仿真结果。以无锡尚德3909电池在25°C 1000 W和4209电池在30°C、的测试数据为参考数据,分别给出了温度为25°C时800 W、200 W和光照在1000 W/m2时40和60°C两种情况下基于数学模型的 Voc、Isc、Vm、Im的计算结果和基于Matlab的仿真图形,分析了输出特性曲线随温度和光照变化的变化规律,结果表明计算及仿真结果和实际测试数据基本相符。
