Th difference of the characteristic of each photovoltaic module which composes the photovoltaic array is said the influence of the output characteristic of the photovoltaic array which consists of two or more photovoltaic modules. In this research, the current voltage characteristic of each photovoltaic module was acquired, the equivalent circuit of each module was made based on it, and the array output was requested by the calculation. And the influence given to the output characteristic of the difference photovoltaic array of the output characteristic of each module is constructed and constructs the simulation method by using the equivalent circuit. The comparison examination did as the measurement value of the array output characteristic.
