摘要

This paper presents experimental data relating to frequency dispersion behavior of the complex dielectric constant in microwave for some specific soil minerals and salts. Frequency dispersion behavior of the complex dielectric constant for boundwater and water as a component of hydride crystals were derived from the attained experimental data on the assumption that the refractive model for complex dielectric constant (CDC) of heterogeneous mixtures is valid.
