Athermal and center wavelength adjustable arrayed waveguide grating

In conclusion, athermal and center-wavelength-adjustable AWGs with flat-top spectral responses are newly proposed. Low temperature sensitivity (-0.0013 nm/°C) is demonstrated without any additional loss and crosstalk penalty. The AWGs are useful for practical applications.
