摘要

: The role of leukocytes in the mechanisms of local tissue injury after ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) has for long been characterized. However, their role in the pathophysiology of the systemic inflammatory injury following localized LIR has not yet been fully analyzed. The objective of this work was to evaluate the dynamics of leukocyte behavior in the systemic microcirculation in an experimental model of I/R using in vivo light microscopy.
