Reliable quantificaiton of anthropogneic trace gas memissions form industrial and agricultural area soruces is necessary for environemtnal protection as well as for air quality and climate change assessments and predictions.However,emission rates of important diffuse sources are not well known.the inhomogeneity of such emisions makes their determination very difficult.Therefore a method was develoed to obtain emission rates by sepctroscopic remote meawsurements and inverse dispersion modelling.
