Novel polyols for all water-blown and HCFC-141b blown rigid polyurethane foams

摘要

HCFC-141b and cyclopentane began to be widely used as alternative blowing agents for CFCs.In Japanese building and construction market,specially spray market,it is considered to be difficult to use cyclopentane because of flammability.HCFC-141b is a very useful,but a transitional blowing agent because of Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP).HCFC-141b is high solvency effect and boiling point compared with CFC-11,so HCFC-141b blown foam have several difficult problems.For example The lack of reactivity in initial reaction stage compared with the CFC-11 blown foam in spray system.
