FERROMAGNETIC RESONANCE IN FILMS WITH UNIAXIAL OBLIQUE ANISOTROPY

摘要

The peculiarities of FMR in films with uniaxial oblique anisotropy have been considered. FMR test-method for finding the uniaxial oblique anisotropy in thin single-and multilayered ferromagnetic films and for determination of the anisotropy energy value and the angle of anisotropy axis inclination in respect to the film normal has been proposed. The experimental illustration of this technique has been done for several series of ferromagnetic films and multilayers.
