Curves of elastoplatic deformation of thin coatings obtained in depth-sensing indentation experiments

摘要

A method to obtain curves of elasto-plastic deformation of materials in depth-sensing indentation tests is proposed. Elasto-plastic deformation curves of thin films and brittle materials have been received at room temeprature using this method.
