摘要

The fretting behaviors of AL-Li 8090 and Ti-6Al-4V at 20 kHz frequency were investigated using ultrasonic fatigue technique. The experiments show that fettting damage may occur also at very high frequecy and trigger earlier fatigue crack, which will lead to fretting fatigue failure. The fatigue strength is reduced by vibratory fretting as by conventinal fretting. It sets up a menace for the security of certain machines working in vibratory condition.
