This paper introduces a novel concept of coaxial FRP pipe. The pipe is described and advantageous features presented which are expected to provide engineers and installers with a high performance, easy-to-use contained piping system. Of particular benefit is the improved impact resistance of this construction - a traditionally significant reason FRP pipe is not considered in many applications and locations.
