The present invention provides an insulation mat with aramid fiber, fiberglass, and silica aerogel alternatively laminated thereon. A first liquid including silica sol and acetic acid as a hardness control agent is applied on each surface of an aramid fiber non-woven fabric and a fiberglass non-woven fabric, a second liquid including modified silicate and silica aerogel is applied thereon, and each applied surface is pressurized, thereby manufacturing the insulation mat where the aramid fiber non-woven fabric, the fiberglass non-woven fabric, a silica aerogel layer are laminated to form a plurality layers. The insulation mat with aramid fiber, fiberglass, and silica aerogel alternatively laminated thereon has superior warmth retaining properties, superior insulating properties, superior impact resistant properties against an outer physical impact, and also damp proof properties improved due to a super-hydrophobic silica aerogel layer, thereby preventing insulation performance from deteriorating due to moisture absorption of the insulation. Therefore, the present invention may be much effectively applied as insulation used in an insulation construction work for facilities requiring a warmth retaining and insulating function, facilities of an oil refinery or the like.
