Aafp vaccination panel recommendations for immunization of cats: new approaches to vaccination

The Advisory Panel on Feline Vaccines of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and the Academy of Feline Medicine, the AAFP/AFM, established feline vaccination recommendations in January 1997, incorporating information from an extensive literature search and presentations from respected members from a wide spectrum of disciplines in veterinary medicine. The following is an abridged version of the guidelines; for more detailed information, please refer to the complete document. Revision of previous guidelines was necessary to account for new knowledge and new products, and will be updated as additional advances are made.
