摘要

An approach to structural optimization on the basis of a set of discrete models is presented. The optimization process is organized in corporate LAN under special net shell program control. Finite element method is used for structural simulation. Optimal problem is formulated as a goal function minimization subject to broad spectrum of constraints. Combination of genetic algorithm and optimality criteria methods is used for optimal problem solution. Numerical example demonstrates workability of the approach.
