摘要

The efficient generation of ozone has to the present, concentrated ainly of electrode design. Numerous ways for improving electrode efficiency, and obtaining maximum ozone concentrations include, electrode design, dielectric materials selection, geometry, electrode temperature reduction and the use of pure oxygen and oxygen enhancement using PSA technology. also of importance was the application of medium and high frequencies to electrodes. These innovations are of particular importance to small and medium systems, where efficiency is of the utmost importance. This paper weill concentrate on overall system efficiency. The various ways electrodes are powered and its effect on ozone production will be compared and measured to input power consumption.
