Exhaust Emission Standards and Regulations for Automotive Diesel Engines in China and Necessary Technical Progresses

摘要

Beginning with the diesel impact on environment and human heatlth, the diesel smoke standards and gaseous and particulates emission regulations effective in China were introuced. Based on the contrast between the requirements of regulations and the actural emission levels reached by domestic engines, the necessary technical progresses to fill the gap were summarized.
