Simultaneos Measuring Devices and Experimental Studies on the Firctional Force Between Cylinder and Piston/Rings in an Engine

摘要

In this paper, the development of new fricitional force measureing devices based on the floatign linder method was [resented, while the difficulties in theemasuremnet of the frictional force between the cylinder liner and the piston/rings in an engine were stated in tetails. and the measurement of the change of friction under various operating conditions in the engine by using the devices was discused. Finally. two devices were descriobed comaratively.
