This paper deal with with Hot-Dip gavlanized Ti-Nb stabilized interstitial free (IF) steel sheets, the substrates were annealed under varying temperature and tie conditions in Gleeble 2000 in order to characterize morphology development in the coatings. The experiments are arranged by uniform design. Through the use of 60 deg V-bend test, the adherence of galvanneal coatings was evaluated, the powdering of coating was measured by an atomic adsorption analysis. The microsocpe structure of coating and the phase composition were observed by SEM and EDS. XRD was also conducted on the specimens to determine the phase structure of the coating.
