Establishment and solution of state function for TCG16 special numerical control machine tool

摘要

As establishing state monitor and fault diagnosis system for the large, efficient automatic special TCG16 numerical control machine tool, the diagnosis index of a monitored diagnosis system must be defined and also the state describing function must be established for realizing diagnosis index. This paper is the experience of author in the course of studying the monitored diagnosis system to TCG 16 special numerical control machine tool. According to the monitored diagnosis system, author specifically described the method or solution and application of state function.
